Kitesurfing Lanka together with Red Bull pulls of Sri Lanka's first Kite Race!

We expected 30 riders, we had a whopping 56 for the start of the race. Sri Lanka's first ever Kitesurfing Race initiated by Kitesurfing Lanka turned out to be a fun yet challenging competition. The race, which was 26 KM long took just 55 minutes to complete by Pro Rider Fabio followed by Romain and local kiter Mawfeel. Mawfeel also won the upwind challenge. Aina came in first in the ladies competition. Race results will be posted soon.
