Nice site and Info.
But you have it wrong.
Specially in the case of Arugam Bay (and the East Coast?).
We here have terrific winds at most times of year and specially in November and April!
Check it out and hopefully correct your site.
Could you tell more about wind conditions in Arugam in February/march?
